My husband and I began with drinks in the Cattlemen's Bar, perfect drinks, and then moved to the Smokehouse for dinner. The food was excellent and service was great. My husband had the smoked prime rib and I had short ribs. It was a fabulous evening.
My husband and I went on a Sunday for dinner. We started with the brussel sprouts and the jalapeno cornbread. I liked the flavor of the brussel sprouts, but they were too tough. It says they're fried, so I was expecting more of a crispiness, but they were not at all crispy. Great flavor, though.My husband LOVED the cornbread. I liked it.
