Soup in Abilene

“Oh my lawddy was this some delicious food. One of the owners was in she was so sweet. I had the tuna melt (sandwich of the day) lunch special and it was delicious. They had a lemon something cake I had to grab and piece and when I tell you it melted in my mouth and was absolutely delicious I cannot begin to describe the elegance and class of this little store. They deserved so much more business and success.“

“This place is excellent. Food was hot and fresh and tasted amazing. We got the chicken Alfredo and chicken parmiagana.

Erika was exceptionally attentive, prompt and consistent from beginning to end. Everything seemed perfectly timed and genuinely led to a more authentic upscale experience. Even though the restaurant was completely packed, we felt like we were her only priority.

There was some disruption a few tables over and that would have normally dampened the mood, but I feel like Erika went over and above to compensate for it with extra attention to us and to the table next to us in a way that minimized the issues that were beyond anyone’s control.

I definitely enjoyed my experience and will be back. But I just had to note that in this instance the server particularly was experienced and attentive enough to overcome a potentially negative experience and turn it in to a positive one.“
