We had a birthday party about 15 of us, about 6 ordered steaks, we will not order steaks if we go back, they were either Overdone or raw, and they were cold, the mgr came to our table and argued that the plate was warm , he didn’t apologize just acted bothered , so beware when ordering steaks , the server was more apologetic than the mgr
I just ate at the Texas Roadhouse in Abilene. It was one of the worst experiences that I have ever had dinning out. When we finally got our food, my wife found and unopened wet wipe in her loaded bake potato. The waiter and manager were extremely rude to us all but out right accused us of planting it in the bake potato. The one in Abilene Tx. Has the worst Manager we came in and asked for a table for 8 or 2 tables for 4 each. Was told they had to go ask the manager if they could put me on the list. About 10 minutes later the host came back and said they could take my name We sat there for close to an hour waiting as we watched at least 25 plus tables get seated.
