No plastic ware called back got response of of well you won’t us to bring some another 45 minutes. I’ll pass. Chicken was good ate with my fingers had to pass on potato and salad.
The BEST BEST BEST lunch delivery place in town!! Orders are always correct and packed so perfectly! VERY quick delivery! Best customer service from the phone to the window to delivery drivers. Food is ALWAYS DELICIOUS and consistent every time!! We love our office meetings when Steak Express delivers! Thank yall so much!!
When your drivers block off the drive through lane ITS NOT THE CUSTOMERS fault. So with that said, we will not be back. Our money SPENDS everywhere but NOT at your establishment. Should have read your reviews before ordering. Waste of my time and $$. Invest in a customer relations class for your Manager by the way. Be blessed and kindness is free!
