My car broke down at Texas Steak Express and it was so hot outside. My kids and I decided to walk to DQ. We ate and hung out inside here for 2 hrs until our ride came. The staff was so friendly, the food was good and it was hot. Thank you for giving us a space to get away from the heat. We appreciate it.
It took several minutes for someone to answer the speaker. I had to call out to them after about 4 to 5 minutes. That should never happen at a drive through. Employees should welcome the customer within a minute and no more than 2 minutes.
In the drive through, was told to move up to allow them to take more orders, I get it. I ordered 3 items. They filled 5 other cars orders before mine. 2 burgers and a steak finger basket does not take that long. Ridiculous. Not to mention when they finally got my food to me it was all just thrown in the bag with no thought.
