It took several minutes for someone to answer the speaker. I had to call out to them after about 4 to 5 minutes. That should never happen at a drive through. Employees should welcome the customer within a minute and no more than 2 minutes.
In the drive through, was told to move up to allow them to take more orders, I get it. I ordered 3 items. They filled 5 other cars orders before mine. 2 burgers and a steak finger basket does not take that long. Ridiculous. Not to mention when they finally got my food to me it was all just thrown in the bag with no thought.
They are totally focused on the drive through. It was five minutes before anyone even came to the counter to take my order. But when they did they let me take my time and were sure to get the order right. When the order was packed up to go it was correct and delicious when we ate it.
