However, there have been some issues with service and communication. One customer experienced a long wait due to a medical emergency in the kitchen, and the staff's handling of the situation was not ideal. The woman handling the phone was speaking loudly and unprofessionally, causing discomfort among the customers. When asked to leave, the customers felt unwelcome and disrespected.
