“I absolutely love the green chili olive oil. I cook with it every day the Cayenne olive oil was amazing. The lady that worked the front desk helped put me on the waiting list for my green chili oil told me about keeping my bag to save money. Next time I come in. She was so kind and amazing that I highly recommend Cordell‘s for all your spices and olive oil needs. They will take care of you and give great recommendations.“

“This place is a great breakfast place. I've only been for breakfast, so that's what I know. The normal is hard to beat. But the texas hash plate is another great one. But that's not even the best part about this place. The staff is super friendly and funny and just overall welcoming. Ask for Cody he's a master at his craft. He's a really awesome server, and one big reason I keep coming back each weekend :)“

“These were the best Crab Ragoons that I have had, I think ever! Fresh and crispy outside and the perfect creamy filling. I forgot to take the picture once I started eating lol. I also had the Ramen Bowl with chicken, and that was very good. The noodles were a little thick for Ramen but nonetheless, they were still good and paired well all the fresh veggies and the broth. Next time, I will tell them to make it spicy to add a little more flavor to the broth. I would recommend this spot 😊“

“I have been there many times and every time it was a very pleasant experience. Service is fast and friendly, meal is cooked and served quickly, food is fresh and delicious. Chips and salsa are fresh and tasty. You can't go wrong here. Out of all the restaurants in Abilene, this is one of my very favorites!“

“It is loud and one of the waitresses skipped us due to the restaurant using a ticket system to let them know is next to be seated. Thankfully our hostess noticed this and seated us herself before going on break. The waitress we had was wonderful super kind and attentive even with how busy she was. Took time to greet our little ones and joked while taking our orders. The staff is always courteous and professional. This roadhouse is by far my favorite to go to. If they are overly busy they will warn us ahead of taking orders instead of apologizing after a long wait. Will come back regularly.“
