I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years. The service and friendliness has always been awesome! Yesterday I called to order my annual pickup order of the Holiday Panettone. The lady I spoke with was rude, didn’t act like she had time to deal with me, told me they might have some Holiday Panettone in a few weeks. Towards the end of the Holiday season?
