We're already facing this Covid 19 pandemic so only able to order pick up/delivery...so I go to Chipotle website and placed my order at 4:15 it's now 5:36p still have to received my order by doordash...so call store and was told not ONLY once put twice my food and been picked up...waited 15 more minutes called doordash after getting nowhere with Chipotle and they not only refunded my money but did not cancel it...they stated order was NEVER picked up...I use the one on Preston...read full review
Would give it a zero if I could. I placed a delivery order. Order got here 10 min later than what I was told. Not only that but my order was incomplete and incorrect. I was missing sides and chips and not to mention 2 drinks which I paid full price for. My order was very cold and the meat was so hard and dry.
