“The food and service were excellent! We experienced a minor issue with the timing of our appetizer, as it was brought out after our entrées had already been served. Our waitress, Miranda Nick, kindly checked to confirm if we still wanted to cancel the order since it was ready, but we ultimately decided to proceed with the cancellation. Despite this, the manager, tall man with dreadlocks was extremely gracious and generously comped the appetizer, which we truly appreciated. Overall, the staff’s attentiveness and professionalism made for a great dining experience.“

“I didn’t know smoking is still allowed inside a restaurant or bar in some places. I guess I’ve lived in places that don’t allow it for so long it is a rude awakening to open a door and smell smoke. Disgusting. They do have an outdoor seating area.

That being said, I stayed and had a $4 draft beer and a French Dip Hoagie with fried onion pedals. The fried onion pedals were awesome and the French dip was pretty darn good, too. The au jus was great without being overly salty like some places.

Service was friendly and prompt. I took 2 stars off of atmosphere for the smoking. If you don’t mind that, you would likely give it 5 stars for bar atmosphere.“

The wife and I came out last weekend and was greeted by Preston with one of the best attitudes I've ever had in the industry. He served great drinks and was relatively fast about it. Everything was mixed great. He came back and checked on us numerous times, which is great. Most bartenders tend to just talk to one customer, and it hard to get their attention. Not him! No matter what, he was there. If you want a place with great food, drink, atmosphere and staff this is the place to go! Oh and Preston if you see this, keep up the work bud you were great!“

“We were fortunate enough to have my Dad’s retirement party here! It was a huge success! Sean was very easy to work with on the planning. It wasn’t complicated and we were in control of the process. We made a normal reservation, he gave us the menu and we were able to put together a budget. No contract, down payment, or minimums. Once we arrived to the venue everything was set-up for the party and the food was delicious. Sarah was the manager we worked with on site. She was so nice and accommodating. Madison and McKenzie were in charge of all of our tables for fifty people. They did not skip a beat with taking care of us I highly recommend for a party, night out, or any occasion. Plus it’s connected to a hotel. My overall impression The Shark Club is a fun and clean atmosphere. The staff was communicative, helpful, and the service was everything I needed and more. “This was a last minute plan that we had decided to do during our trip to Texas. Immediately was greeted by a welcoming host and providing info on the best deals/ games to play there. We came with a group of 8 & played baseball, darts, axe throwing and dodgeball. The staff was great on explaining the rules/ how to play the games and provided excellent food/info during our time here. 10/10 recommend.

“Kirk/ Dirty is by far the most INCOMPETENT bartender I’ve ever seen. I’ve been here a couple of times (more than 10), and have never seen him ever run a plate of food. If servers are behind the bar making drinks and running his food, why is Kirk even here? He’s supposed to be a “manager” but I’ve seen him look at the posi system like he’s never seen or used it before, and he’s had to ask servers how to use it. I’ve witnessed him stand and look at a bar full of people and not touch a single glass- forcing the waitress to do it all. “Absolute gems of human beings, both that work there. And their regulars, which isn’t a category you can rate a business on, but it is very telling of the kind of people they attract. Had one night in town and went in knowing no one but left feeling like I knew everyone. Drinks are super reasonable and the bartenders are amazing.

If you find yourself in the area and want to go out but don’t know anyone, work trip, whatever, you will never feel weird going out by yourself at this place, I guarantee it.

“Austin's is a 10 out of 10 of you like football. It's a 15 out of 10 of you love our PITTSBURGH STEELERS!!! First time our Fan Of The Logo club members came here to watch the game. Dope Steelers Bar, high energy, great people to mingle with!

4 stars for the food ONLY because it was just average, nothing to be raving about.
HOWEVER... we also just ordered basic sliders, fries, and wings. They were good, just didn't blow my mind. It's hard to blow anyone away with basic bar food though. But they do their thing!

All that being said, Austin's is the only place we're going next time we are in town for Steelers game.

“My wife and I just happen to be in Plano, TX and I saw there was a Tight Ends Sports Bar & Grill. I'd heard of Tight Ends, so I wanted to see how it compared to Hooters and Twin Peaks. I am only reviewing as a bar patron because we didn't eat. We approached to very basic looking building with apprehension, especially compared to a Hooters or Twin Peaks building. But as soon as we walked in and saw the very spacious location and giant bar, our apprehension quickly began to fade. The place was absolutely popping at 5:30 on a Friday afternoon. The [very sweet] host said that we could sit anywhere at the bar and if we couldn't find a seat, she'd give us a table. The bar was packed, so we asked for a table near the bar, and she obliged with a big smile. Our waitress was very sweet, professional, and friendly. Lots of beer on tap, and it was super cold. The girls were all very beautiful, and the [staff's] attire was jaw dropping for sure. Definitely would recommend for any adults that want a fun sports bar hang out. My wife is very secure and has no problem being around attractive, scantily clad [college age] girls, but if your girl is not, this isn't the place for a couple's hangout simply for the dress attire here.“
