“I’ve been to this location a few times, and I have felt the same way after leaving every time. I really love the kids bags with the toy and stickers. The goodies always keep my child entertained until the food comes, but the food is where my grievance is. Maybe I have been ordering the wrong thing but the “buffalo bites” which are basically just boneless wings are not good, and always come out cold.“

“Yesterday we visited Top Golf for my nieces 9th birthday. We paid for our hour, added extra time, total 6 adults and 2 children. In addition to the rental space we ordered food and cocktails. Our total revenue spend was easily $300-400. While we were still eating we were asked to leave and give up the bay for others. While we certainly understand the logic behind this on a busy weekend, it was Tuesday afternoon. There were empty bays everywhere! To feel like we were getting kicked out is unacceptable and reflects poorly on management and training of staff on guest interactions. I would give less stars but hope this is an opportunity for recovery.“

“Y’all have GOT to go check out Assembly IceHouse because this place absolutely blew us away. From the second you walk in, you’re hit with how gorgeous it is inside and out and everything is spotless clean. There are a gazillion TVs so no matter where you sit, you can catch every game. They’ve got those awesome garage doors that open up to a huge patio with tons of seating and turf for outdoor games, which makes the whole place feel open, energetic, and fun. The food was next level. We had the Smashburger which was unreal, the grilled chicken sandwich, and those beef tallow fries that I’m still thinking about. Every bite was amazing. We were lucky enough to meet the owners JR and Sara and they are truly outstanding people. You can feel their heart in this place. The atmosphere is upbeat and welcoming, and there’s even a great little stage for live music which is actually how we discovered it since our friends were playing there. On top of all that, there’s an attached taco and tequila bar that is absolutely beautiful and adds even more to the experience. This is 100 percent a must try and will definitely be our new go to spot. If you’re in Plano or anywhere nearby, do yourself a favor and go. You won’t regret it.“

“19 Degrees Sports Bar is an awesome place and I wish every hockey rink in the DFW area had one! Great atmosphere, awesome beer choices, and great bartenders! The food is pretty tasty too!“

“First off, this review is solely based on the tournament ran on Saturday. We made an hour drive out to play in the tournament after calling the bar and asking for the TD to get information on the tournament that we were told about by a few people. Theresa stated that she could answer any question about the tournament, she then clearly stated the tournament was open, not fargo rated, but open to all players. After making the drive out, we were told that we couldn't play, and the bar has no right to say it's open when it's clearly not. Ok, but you run your tournament out of an establishment which should be clearly informed about your tournament, so that no wrong information is provided. So yeah, sorta your fault Mr. TD. On top of that, one of the other guys, a nice bald headed guy was apparently running his mouth talking to other players out of playing in the tournament if the TD made the exception this one time bc of the time and gas we spent to get there on false information. What kind of person does that? One that needs to put his big boy britches on and just deal with it. Waste of time, gas and energy on information we were given.“

“Tried this place for karaoke night. There was no pressure to participate, had the normal range of great to ok participants. Seemed pretty standard for a bar, appetizers were good, it was a shock that soft drinks didn't have free refills, the wait staff was friendly but largely hard to find. There were 5 people in our group and we stayed for about 5 hours.“

“It was a good experience. Helpful and attentive to my questions but, genuine in personality and authenticity. The whole place was. I am not sure the cost for drinks matching the place itself but, I also think it makes sense considering how rowdy people can get. Pool tables looked great, chill vibe and not crazy loud on a Sunday for no reason. I was only there about 5 minutes because I had to leave for other reasons but that and the specials were only reason its a 4.“

Today was the hubby‘s birthday, and this is actually our home Pluckers from when we first started to come more often. My husband and I were blown away by our customer service experience from our amazing server, KK, and then not even a few moments after being seated and greeted. The manager came over and immediately checked on us and said hello as well! Talk about customer service. Fresh food. We will come back on our next cheat cheat night.“
