WHY IS THE FRY MACHINE NEVER WORKING!!!?!? I started coming here a few months ago, and they said the fry machine was not working on four separate occasions. Then I came in November, FINALLY, the fries were up and good as expected.. Now I’m here a few weeks later, NO FRIES AGAIN!! So Only got fries once in 6 visits. I can get a good sandwich at other places, but I come here hoping for fries too, and almost always disappointed. Do better. I’ve never seen this issue at other...read full review
Don’t order here. They close whenever they want apparently despite the hours saying they’re open until 8. Regularly closed at 7
I accidentally placed an online order at the wrong location and tried calling multiple times to cancel it and request a refund, but no one responded. Very disappointed with the lack of customer service - it’s frustrating when there’s no way to reach anyone for help with a simple issue.They don’t even deserve one star.
