Service: nice and helpful for the majority. Forget things like straws, spoons
Atmosphere: not a huge fan of overhearing flirtatious banter in the workplace during mealtime, particularly when a manager/superior is participating. food would be more palatable if workers and managers alike focus on product quality and less on each other.

Because they don’t get orders correct. I app order because you get a discount on drinks . I was told the app orders isn’t working today. They have nothing to do with us. So they wanted me to reorder and repay . Some people don’t have time nor money to repay. Very rude person there. So I got corporate involved and I recorded her on the speaker saying sonic app has nothing to do with us but sonic app is you guys.
