Don't think I'll be back. I've been maybe 3 times because it's within walking distance of my work and convenient for lunch. But today I went and the customer service wasn't only awful but was incredibly slow paced. They had a line of about 5 people behind me (I was first) but the wouldn't even acknowledge anyone because they were too busy making orders placed online or in the app, which is fine. Past experience here was mixed but since the ownership change, things have been consistently good!! The staff is helpful, especially with the coupons! The bread has been fresh each time we have been there and the ingredients were stocked nicely and the preparation area clean. The employees have been so nice and helpful. Very good experience!! I have mixed opinions about this Subway location in specific. Usually I do online orders, which shouldn't differ the quality of the sandwhich too much.Yet everytime I order the quality seems to either impress me or depress me. From great sandwhiches to an absolute mess. Im not saying that the restaurant doesn't make good food (sometimes), its just too much of a coin flip in my opinion.
