Tired of getting off work and wanting to get some fresh food. Something hot Krispy French fries that's never gonna happen here.

Great service and not to long of a wait at night even when I gave them a challenge by just not saying nothing and leaving it be till they came to me with my order, prepared and all!!
Ethan balderas is the greatest worker McDonalds has had in history, he made my Big Mac with love and gave me fries with salt. 10/10 McDonald’s

McDonald's in Alice is a fast-paced place, sometimes even when it's busy. The staff is friendly and efficient, getting orders right, but might miss some details like sauce requests. The line moves quickly, and the employees are on top of their game. While the soda fountain is behind the counter, the service is still good. It's suggested that they should answer the phone for online orders to be ready on time. Many customers enjoy the indoor play area, making it a favorite spot for families. However, the general public area, including tables, floors, and restrooms, needs some attention. Despite a few hiccups, it's a great experience with fresh food, good service, and a quiet, relaxing ambiance. The food is consistent with other McDonald's locations, and the Homestyle Burger is noted as the best tasting. Overall, it remains a popular choice for its friendly service and kid-friendly environment.
