After visiting Portillo's for the first time, I now understand all the hype and buzz about it. Not only was the food excellent, but their staff was friendly and helpful. We'll come back soon.
This place was ok. I'm not from Chicago so maybe I don't see why a lot of Chicagoan's say it's fantastic. It's a hot dog and or roast beef sandwich that is fine at best. I will say the milkshake was pretty good. Other than that I'm fine with not heading back. However, if you are into Chicago hot dogs and roast beef sandwiches this place is for you.
