Subway in Allen

“This is the best subway in and around allen. I have been to subway in stacy and greenville, shiloh and 14th but this place inside walmart is by far the best. Employees here are very nice, gives a smile and provides good food. Last time when I was here, there was this gentleman and was very good at his job and today Annie helped us and she was very nice and took care of us. I think the manager should be very proud of his/her team members here and may be give tips to the surrounding subways in the area :)“

“The sandwich was great. This is not a review towards your employees because clearly they work hard. This goes towards management. I talked to the uber driver and he told me there was only one guy making sandwiches. How do you expect your staff to give a good experience to their customers when they're overwhelmed with a rush. Although I had to go through 3 different uber drivers because of how long it took to get it but the sandwich was great and was exactly how I ordered it. Do better management quit understaffing your store. The 5 stars goes out to the one person making the sandwiches. Not management.“

“I have eaten at several different Subway locations for many years, but have never installed the app. Today I went to Subway#7761-0 on N. Greenville Ave. in Allen. I met Melissa & Nacho. They were both very courteous and professional. Melissa was helpful setting up my new MVP Rewards app. I recommend everything, but today I bought a foot long #1 The Philly. The service was quick, and it was very tasty.“

“I can't remember the last time I went to Subway. But, I was really craving a sandwich. This location in Allen is walking distance from my apartment. I've never been here so it was a nice surprise to have a great experience. I first went online to check for coupons. Apparently you are better off installing the app so that's what I did. There are some coupons that are accessible through the app. There was a coupon for a buy one, get one for $1 footlong. When I asked about the coupon I was told you have to order through the app to get the deal. So I ordered through the app, paid and then waited for them to make it. There was only one customer in the restaurant and only one person working. I got a footlong rotisserie chicken sandwich and a footlong chicken salad sandwich and it was $14 and change. I had had half of the rotisserie chicken sandwich as soon as I got home and it was really good. I have a lot left over! I'll be back again now that I know it's a good location, I feel like they're pretty hit or miss.“
