It was amazing food and service. Super busy spring break but we got seated and served right away. The owner Chris had just changed the queso and it was delicious. Definitely worth stopping by. Drinks are great too! Barry
The service was attentive. I had fish tacos, which were good. Inside was smoky from cooking, like perhaps the ventilation wasn't working properly. Overall, I would eat here again.

Staying in Alpine overnight on Sunday, things are limited. Staff tried to be attentive; w were greeted immediately by the owner and had our drink order taken within 5 minutes. It felt like the owner and staff must know they are getting pounded in reviews for being slow and inattentive. Even so, we had to ask every time for water refills and had to go to the bar to ask for another beer. Food took almost an hour to come out. Chicken sandwich and Fried Chicken Plate were pretty good....read full review
