Finally made it to Spicewood for lunch! The Brisket nachos were outstanding! We ordered the fried catfish with shrimp, fries and hush puppies & the Steak Bites. This was the best meal I've had in Alpine. Very reasonably priced and the service was top notch! Thank you all for making our day fantastic.
We came to Alpine from Amarillo Texas to visit the local sites, stopped in for a bite to eat and I highly recommend this place to eat. Amazing steak, good service and amazing atmosphere

The burgers are outstanding, the steak tips tender and well-seasoned, and the cocktails executed with timeless precision. Copper tables and leather-bound menus add a touch of rustic elegance, while the scenic views and cool Alpine breeze create the perfect backdrop. It seems like a pretty popular place so definitely get their early or expect a little bit of a wait.
