“This was one of the cleanest subways I have been too. The gentlemen Franco serving us was polite and very passionate about his job. He explained to us that on his downtime he likes to ensure everything is clean including the inside and top of machines. Everything was stocked neatly. His personality is what really made our experience exteodinary. We would definitely recommend eating from here.“

My husband was a general area maintenance for several subways in the rgv and has not met a hard working subway worker in so long especially so young! He is very polite treats all customers with respect and very precisely makes each sandwich with great time! The sandwiches were perfectly to our liking! “Drove thru, confusion on ordering, so I came inside. Attitude will hurt a business.No one there but me. I told her I chose to come inside because of the confusion on what I was ordering. I apologized that I never have ordered in their drive thru before. She and the other lady were not friendly at all. Not a smile insight. I order there many times, take out, and dine in. She started my sandwich, and I realized she was doing a foot long. I told her I wanted a 6" not a foot long. She had already put the chicken on. I apologized. She never asked me what size once. Attitude from both women came on thru looks and tone. I don't expect them to be there long. I apologized several times. It went unexcepted. Maybe a language barrier, not sure.I will still go there, if either of them are working I will go to another location. There's no need to ever be rude. Employee nor patron. I am 71 and not a rude person. Maybe they both were having a bad day. I was having a great day and finishing it off with a great sandwich!“
“Went into the subway and the guy was helpful right away and he went above and beyond with my sub I made nice small talk I was the only person in the store. I really enjoyed my sub and I found the whole entire experience to be very pleasant!“
