“I asked for a sliced brisket sandwich. I was asked, do you want a medium or small? I said, medium and small bowl of beans.
The medium sandwichr was huge, was the lean (best) part of the brisket.

“We love Dyers BBQ. Eat there often. Today was a rough day. We waited for food for over an hour. Our server, Megan was slammed. She was so sweet and very apologetic. After 45 minutes we asked another server, Renee about how much longer we would have to wait. She was VERY defensive and rude. She stated that “look around, everyone in the restaurant is waiting on food and if you ordered fried food or grilled food, it would take longer”. I understand things happen and we will certainly be back but a little training on how to speak to customers might be good for Rene and the day manager. Food was spot on!“

“This is literally my current favorite restaurant in all of Amarillo. I wish they had one in Bossier City, Louisiana near where I live. I work for a local trucking company called Jax Transport every time I get to stop at the yard, I have lunch here… I love the smoked potatoes can’t get enough of them.“

“I’ve been going here for couple years now and I pretty much tryed everything on the menu even some of they’re newer items and I can’t get enough of it they have excellent barbecue and sides to boot. I would highly recommend the loaded Mac topped with chopped brisket😍“

“Tonight was our first time trying out Dickeys. The people working were absolutely amazing! The aura from the staff is 5 star for sure. The food is delicious and my son literally walked out of the door and said we need to come back here before we even got home with our to go order. Thank you. We will be back!!!! Again...the staff is amazing.“
“Our server was very attentive but the food was very slow to arrive. The kids spaghetti came with very little sauce. The flatbread was a soggy mess. Steak bites got a rave review, 5oz. Filet was perfect. Carrot side dish was impossible to cut with a regular knife. Risotto was great.“

“First time patron. We ordered takeout. With bbq (as with anything) it's a toss up whether it'll be good or not. We had a Cribrib burger, pulled pork sandwich, chopped brisket sandwich, and Pigman. It was all excellent! The brisket was flavorful, moist and soft (although not chopped). Big side salad and tasty fries. The price was reasonable and we had huge portions. We will definitely be ordering again, soon!! A little concerned that you were out of ribs at 7:30 on Sat night. We'll just order earlier! Yum!!“

“Met a friend for dinner on a Saturday night. It was busy. The host was kind and quick. We were seated within the promised time. Joseph was phenomenal! Our food was delicious and fresh. I haven’t been here in a long while due to some service issues in the past. This was a wonderful experience. Everyone was kind and attentive! Thank you, Longhorn! And thank you, Joseph, your service was top notch!“
