Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store

Braum’s is a great stop when you want a simple, satisfying ice cream treat without paying a premium. The ice cream was creamy and fresh-tasting, and the portion size felt generous for the price. I also like that you can grab quick food and dairy items in the same place, which makes it convenient for a stop on the way home. Service was friendly and moved fast even with a line, and the place felt clean and well-run. Overall, a reliable spot for a classic ice cream run.

Love the ice cream! Service was good, but the portions are getting smaller and smaller. A large mix is even smaller than it used to be.

Good way to eat carnivore and low carb. Hamburger meat is excellent!

Really love the country market inside the restaurant. That is a big plus.

Good ice cream, good food, nice small grocery store, great customer service. Always attempt to find one of their stores when in Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas.

This Brahms is usually very clean and hospitable. “Grandma“ who is the dining room attendant is usually very happy and cheerful and brighten anyone’s day with a hug I came in today nine 9/18/25. I could tell she was not in a very good mood and I try to give her a hug and she said she couldn’t do that no more that she got wrote up. I told her bosses just suck. Sometimes whoever the manager is that took her spirit is a jerk.

Why are the FLIES so bad.
And the parking lot so messy. The food is just mediocre and serving size is small. I didn’t even get enough egg on my 3 meat burrito to equal 1 egg. And I threw it away because of the fly infestation I seen. It’s 6:00am and I seen numerous flies in the dining room and around the cash register. Please fix the problem so I can eat what I pay for.

So the only reason I feel compelled to do two stars is because I come to this Braums often, food is always fresh, fast and the staff is usually very friendly. But this visit was different. Food was perfect, time was perfect, however, the manager “Keshia” came into the lobby on multiple occasions to holler at a little old lady working in the dining room. I understand redirecting your staff, as I was a restaurant manager for many years. However, I wouldn’t have done it in front of customers, pulling the employee to the back would’ve been more professional. I felt she embarrassed that poor woman, raising her voice telling her to wait till customers were finished before checking on them. Kept referring to her as “GRANDMA” highly disrespectful. Unprofessional & tacky. I will not return if this is how they treat their employees. Mind you this little lady she was degrading was probably in her late 60s-Early 70s. It made myself and others enjoying their lunch very uncomfortable to see someone being treated like that. Meanwhile, 2 kids behind the register are hitting vapes, but she’s so focused on harassing a little old lady. Fix this please.

Great staff Great food

Horrible service multiple times. I won’t go here again. They left our ice cream sitting on the counter for 5 minutes. I had to honk and they were nasty and slammed the window on us after finally giving us our order.
