Sandra the mgr and one employee we the only employees runnin the whole show. My son n i ate inside since the drive thru was 4 cars deep but sandra still took the time and professionalism to greet and serve pleasantly n as quick as possible.

Drive thru- Ordered a meal and the $30 value bundle. Got none of the fries and was missing a Whopper. Fortunately, we pulled into the parking lot across the street to check. Last time I was there, a sandwich was missing.

There were only two people working the whole store this morning when I bought my breakfast, the manager and one other worker. They were both friendly and exemplified customer service. When I asked them where all the other workers are, they said there none. Shame on you Burger King! This store needs help, and you are not helping! Help your people to do their job. You don’t succeed unless they do!
