Let’s discuss the iced chai latte. I ordered a medium. The cup was filled to the top with ice and less than 1/3 cup of liquid then fit in the cup. Who wants to pay $5 for a cup of ice. These types of business practices are absolutely outrageous. Cliffside coffee should be ashamed of screwing customers over like this.
There is no excuse for the amount of ice in the cup, it’s currently in the 30s outside and the chai mix added wasn’t hot.
The morning crew is so full of energy, kind, hard working and I love my morning stops! There isn’t enough wonderful things I can say about them. They work together so well as a team.
My drink is AMAZING!! It’s a daily stop for me.
The weekend crew is the complete opposite of the week work crew.
You have some amazing coffee and employees (work week morning crew).
I miss Eddie in the mornings with Bailee.
