It did have soft top but it mixed into the rest of the drink since I had to shake it because it was iced, it was lukewarm at the bottom. Quickly realized how much soft top took away from the drink unfortunately.

Let’s discuss the iced chai latte. I ordered a medium. The cup was filled to the top with ice and less than 1/3 cup of liquid then fit in the cup. Who wants to pay $5 for a cup of ice. These types of business practices are absolutely outrageous. Cliffside coffee should be ashamed of screwing customers over like this.
There is no excuse for the amount of ice in the cup, it’s currently in the 30s outside and the chai mix added wasn’t hot.
