Based on the reviews, Cowboy Sushi Fusion is an amazing place for sushi. The service is amazing, with staff that are kind, generous, and caring, acting like your own family. The food is amazing, with the best Pad Thai ever, perfectly sauced. The sushi rolls are big and the portions are pretty large. The lobster bomb roll was a sharing size. The sashimi was delicious. The service is great, with an enthusiastic greeting that makes customers feel like they have been waited for. The staff is exceptional and the waitress was adorable and so sweet. Overall, it is a great experience and perfection that fills both belly and heart. Customers will be going back for sure to try the Chili Ceviche.
