“Disappointed in my favorite go to place when I am in Amarillo I did the drive through for the first time. Called in the order. Not good. Threw my burrito away. Thought my fault for not just going in. Yesterday in Amarillo Got the edible salad Lettuce was not even chilled. It was room temp. Ruined the whole salad. Bought a large container of the spicy ranch and a big bad of chips. When I got home and sat down to enjoy the spicy ranch and chips the Spicy Ranch was like water! So disappointed, please don’t start going downhill. I love y’all’s food. Keep your quality. It’s definitely having a few issues“

“There was an older black woman walking around and asking people if they would like free refills. At the same time, she was multi tasking by sweeping, cleaning and refilling sauces, straws, etc. She was doing outstanding.
It was also extremely busy for a Tuesday. The employees took it like pros and were getting orders out as fast as possible. There was one girl who I overheard talking about how busy it was. I heard her telling everyone how great of a job they were doing for how unexpectedly busy they were.
Still, with as busy as it was, I got my order out in only a couple minutes.
Couldn’t have asked for better customer service and had a great lunch!“

Concerned for the way they manage the store he sent them to me. with a guarantee they were sent to the health dept as well. Apparently, the images you will be seeing are from their ice chest and the mold that has gathered over time in their piping and that of meat that is browning. Please be cautious if eating here!“

“They're all good! I picked up a Spicy Chicken Sandwich and some nuggets for the dogs at this one in Amarillo. I like their lemonade, I like their sandwiches. I like their chicken. The only thing I don't like is the french fries. The waffle fries are always limp and cold.No matter which outlet I go to. However the staff are always on point friendly and attentive. The young woman who took my order was doing a great job in spite of the fact that the setting western sun was constantly in her eyes. Everything is always clean. And the chicken is great.“

“I took my granddaughter to the one on western north of I40. Help was good, it was clean and the ice cream and fries were great. But the best part for me is that the temperature was comfortable. Usually, at the two closest to my house are so cold I can barely eat a hamburger and never ice cream. Those are the one on Soncy and on Coulter.“

“Wienerschnitzel is a reminder of my year as a teen in highschool living in Clovis, New Mexico and walking to the nearby hot dog place only to get a big bag of fries with chili and cheese for a couple of dollars and and ice cold soda. “First time going to 5 brothers on Georgia and my first impression was the burgers are sooo good. You can build your own burger and the fries a huge. So when you buy fries make sure to only buy 1 for 2. Great place and yummy burgers. A+

“Had the avacado burger and my husband ordered the bacon and mushroom burger. We cut our burgers in half so we could try each other's burgers. Both burgers were delicious. I had the sweet potato fries and he had the tater tots, both were good. I liked the variety of teas, especially the decaf - unsweetened blueberry ice tea. My husband has a strawberry shake, made with blue bell ice cream, a very thick shake.
Several televisions with different programs running, well positioned in the dining area. Good food.“

I had a coupon and he didn't understand what it was for thru the Speaker so he kindly went out to my car and looked at the coupon and actually acted like he loved his job! Unlike in the past where i got people who came out with attitude or in a bad mood . I really appreciate this gentleman I didn't get his name all I no is that it was in the evening time around 6ish! He also went back and got me some ketchup cuz it was not in my bag when I checked it and he was more than happy to go get it for me ! My only complaint is sometimes the drive thru takes a long time to get moving and once I ordered onion rings that were to hard to eat. Over all, I like this location.“
