Ramen and rice bowls are the staples. the food is amazing here by far the best asian food you can get in amarillo. stick to what you know you will like, if you are unsure of what to get, then get the ichiban ramen or one of the rice bowls. the only bad parts about dining here is the time you wait, you can get your food anywhere from 20 mins up to an hour, however it is completely worth the wait. Not a quick stop but a good one. Its a hole in the wall so limited seating and limited time they are only open for a very short amount of time and close early compared to other places in amarillo but they are family owned. kind and friendly staff

I don’t recommend dining in at all. I came with my toddler and we waited an hour and a half. Many people ordered takeout and then received their takeout while we were seated waiting. A long wait is one thing, but not serving customers in the order they ordered is infuriating. The Japanese curry was good.
Kid-friendliness: The wait is so long that I wouldn’t recommend it for kids
Wheelchair accessibility: It’s a tiny restaurant and hard to get around.

best ramen ever!!! i try a new ramen place every city i travel to and none have come close!! they do have long wait times but they are upfront about that so you really have no right telling be pressed about it. Only issue is i order togo because of they wait times and lately they haven’t answered the phone at all even if you call as soon as they open :( but worth it i think
