Really nice people

I honestly wish every Petro would go back to the iron skillet. There was so many stories told in these places. Now majority have fast food which in all honesty isn't healthy for Truck drivers. At least at the Skillet there are home cooked meals.

Google Maps states that this location is open until 10:30 PM, but in reality, by 10:00 PM, they have already mopped the floors and are ready to close.

I was lucky that the waiter allowed me to order food to go, and they whipped up my order quickly.
