I got an omelet, pretty good but I'm pretty sure the onion/pepper mix is from a frozen bag. The biscuit and gravy was very good, biscuit held up well, and had a great texture. The scrambled eggs are actually scrambled!! Service was great. Would come here again

The Iron Skillet is a restaurant that has received mixed reviews. While the service is generally praised, with one waitress described as "amazing and very apologetic," the food quality has been inconsistent. Customers have reported receiving cold, overpriced, and poorly prepared dishes, including burned food, hard eggs, and clumped corn. However, recent visits have shown improvements, with reviews highlighting perfect preparation, great tasting food, and timely service. The staff are often in good moods, making the overall experience more enjoyable. The restaurant is very clean, with fresh, hot food served, and the restroom is spotless. Some customers, however, still expressed dissatisfaction, citing high prices and issues like undercooked hash browns and unchopped vegetables, along with kitchen disagreements. Overall, the dining experience at the Iron Skillet can vary, but recent visits suggest a positive trend in food quality and service.
