She had a marvelous time. I made the reservations, I've been there many times. My husband who passed in January 2025 used to take me for it anniversary. Living there for 25 years we dined frequently at both. Tim was one of the first chefs to showcase Texas quail on his menu. Sorry Tim, but Chef Marcus at Toscona has pulled a "Beat Bobby Flay" on you.
