One of my favorite spots in Amarillo! The owner is wonderful and always comes by the tables to make sure your order is perfect. Their Pad Si Ew is delicious, but my go-to order is always the Lao Sausages and sticky rice, and the sweet sticky rice with mango slices and coconut ice cream are a perfect ending. If the menu says it's 🌶️, it may feel a bit more like 🌶️🌶️🌶️ . They can adjust the heat for you in the kitchen.
Tried a new spot on 6th Street last night and WOW — I was skeptical at first to try a new place, so I played it safe with chicken fried rice plus the seasoning paste for Pad Ki Mao, and it was AMAZING. Fresh ingredients and hands-down some of the best flavor I’ve had in a long time. 😍
We also shared the Pad Kra Pao and spring rolls, and both were excellent. The restaurant was clean, and the service from Avery and Bo was top-notch!
