Hands down the worst mcdonalds in amarillo possibly in the entire state every time ive been here my order has been wrong the food has been cold and the staff was rude lazy and disrespectful tonight put in an order for a total of 12 items and got 5 this location needs to be closed down it is absolutely terrible

Update: This location constantly gets my orders wrong. I'm writing this as I sit in front of the building after being told to pull forward and someone would bring me the burger they forgot to ring up. This is the worst location in town. I've been sitting here for twenty minutes. Their fries are always old, the orders are always wrong, the drinks don't taste right, the tables are usually dirty. This will likely be the last time I visit this location. It was convenient due to the proximity to home, but I'd rather drive another ten minutes to a decent location. This location is always kind of meh. The food is usually okay but the drink machine seems to always be just a bit off. The fries are typically stale, but sometimes you'll catch them on a good day. The dine in experience is not recommended at this location, especially during lunch.

I was looking for the K-pop toys in the Happy Meals and the employees there were so sweet and helpful. I was needing the #2 and was looking for over 2 weeks and finally found it. I was so excited. I loved how they took the time to look. They had great customer service and were very nice and I will only come to this McDonalds for now on. I did ask another McDonald's if they help me look for a certain number K-pop toy and they said our manager said we cannot do that. I said then you just lost a customer. So, the McDonalds on Grand, you rock and I totally appreciate everything you did. Thank you! Food was great too.

I recently ordered a full-sized Oreo McFlurry, but upon receiving it, I noticed it was less than half full. When I inquired about the portion size, two team members looked at each other but did not provide any explanation or response. Instead, they simply stared at me until I left.

I found this interaction to be quite unprofessional and disappointing. I hope this matter can be addressed to ensure a better experience for future customers.

I remember when I was a kid McDonald’s was a place where kids would be excited to go and eat it was a place where adults loves to take their kids to. & it was a place of pure enjoyment for families. But now it’s just a cold hearted place where nobody really wants to go to. 9 times out of 10 the employees are rude and they really just care about the customers. Most customers just can’t wait to leave McDonald’s after they place an order. McDonald’s do better. Bring back the fun family, friendly place.

Some wanna be lady had his phone up so loud playing stupid game with no chance of a quiet meal. I will not be back. And the employee walking the dining room never said anything about noise level and the interaction leads me to believe it was an employee making so much noise. The individual was actually looking around to see if anyone was going to say something. I will not go somewhere where employees can't help other customers from having decent quite meal. Update
This time I went thru the drive thru and cashier didn't count change and when I asked she said no why would I. I will never ever go to McDonald's again not this one not anyone of them

We like the new Quarter Pounders, they taste great! The service is so so, but it's fast food so we don't expect much anymore. The tea is good and the 🍟 seem to be back to tasting great! The food was hot and fresh. It did take 15 minutes to cook but that was fine. The tables were clean, the floors were swept and mopped. The bathroom was clean too. Update: Drive thru is horrible after 9 nothing fast about it.

I want to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience at this location, where I frequently buy food, often for my team as well. Today, while using the drive-through, I ordered my lunch and specifically requested a large water in addition to my soda and sandwich. To my astonishment, I was charged $2.83 for the cup of water, while my Coke cost only $1.99.

Given the hot weather, it's crucial for customers to stay hydrated, and as a loyal patron, I expected a more reasonable approach to charging for water. This experience has left me feeling undervalued as a customer, and I hope to see improvements in how such situations are handled in the future. Thank you for addressing this matter.
