Metropolitan Steak & Seafood offers a wonderful dining experience in Amarillo. The charcuterie board is perfect for sharing, with a variety of meats and cheeses. The sea bass with teriyaki glaze and the Fried Shrimp Cocktail are customer favorites, along with the Alaskan Black Cod and the Asian style cedar plank salmon. The mac and cheese and truffle fries make excellent sides.
The atmosphere is stylish with modern, industrial, and classical touches, featuring chandeliers, dark wood, and black tablecloths. The bar is beautiful, and the service is cordial, thoughtful, and timely. The Michelin Star chef ensures every dish is prepared perfectly.
