Pretty over priced for what you get. Ordered chicken tenders and a couple sandwiches. Took over 10 minutes to get our food (we were the only people in at the time with 4 people working) and everything except the tenders were cold. Charged us for drinks even though the meals were supposed to come with drinks which we didn't notice till after we left.

Disappointed that you seem to be leaning more towards chicken than bbq. I stopped in here a while back and ordered the 3 meat plate one of the items being pulled pork. I stopped back through a week later and I order the same thing only to be told that you didn’t have pulled pork anymore and that you never had a 3 meat plate. When I know you did not the week before. I have several truck driver friends that stop at the Amarillo location inside the Toot n Totum at exit 75 and they all said the same thing well they had it last week. And this evening 8-8-25 I stop in here and order the stockpile by your menu it says it’s supposed to come with a drink and a side. Which is apparently a lie cause when I asked if it came with a drink and a side the girl said no. It’s getting to the point where I’m going to quit eating here if something doesn’t change. Hire people that know what the menu says or change the menu to show that you don’t get a side and a drink. I mean are you trying to go out of business? Because if you keep it up you’re going a great job.

I ordered 4 rib plate. They were the smallest ribs I've ever had. Prices were a lot higher than the menu says.

The baked potatoes 🥔 are quite tasty & Texas sized! We like the brisket, the beans 🫘, & cheese 🧀 all piled on top. They also have chicken 🐔 strips now too & they're crispy and delicious. For dessert they have the best banana 🍌 pudding! The little fried pies 🥧 with custard like fruit 🍒 🍎 🥥 fillings are light and have a great buttery 🧈 flaky crust.

This is my go to for good authentic bbq. Your taste may vary but it’s the best I’ve tried in Amarillo. The clerk’s there are fast, friendly, and accommodating as well.
First off I'd give a 0 if I could. My problem is w/ the Mitch's bque at TNT. We ordered a near $70 order on Friday, June 20 for delivery. Problem is it was never delivered. I called and talked to Alex and he basically told me it wasn't their problem. This was an hour after I'd ordered and it was supposed to be a 20 min delivery. I asked to speak to the mgr and he has a lady (didn't catch her name) call me, and she proceeds to treat me like I'm an idiot that's never ordered food before, even though I order UberEats at least 5-6 times a week so I'm pretty sure I know how this works. Anyway, first time I've ever had people make me feel so stupid and actually cry on the phone. I just wanted (and still want, because I don't have it) my money back. I've called back up there and have been assured it's been taken care of (again, like I'm an idiot that's never had a return on a card) oh it'll take several days, yes I know but it shouldn't take this long. What happened was, y'all ate my food and kept my money. I'm so furious w/ TNT and Mitch's. I will never set foot in either one again and I'll tell everyone I know not to do the same. I'll be at Pak a Sak everyday from now on. You people seriously need to work on your customer service skills. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!! You people suck!
Chelsea is amazing! She helped me order some good food I saw there was no Coconut cream pies and she offered to make me a fresh one! Amazing customer service all around give her a raise!
