We stopped here on our way out of town for a trip. Food is delicious, prices are reasonable, and service was great. Very clean restaurant with nice decorations too. The pineapple curry shrimp is especially delicious!
Found this restaurant because it was close to my hotel. I have to say, I was disappointed in the quality of food. I ordered egg drop soup and it wasn’t to my taste. It had a gritty texture and had bits of egg shells in it. I also ordered chicken pad thai and first of all, it had no spice at all. Was very bland. I had to ask for hot sauce to get some flavor. Sunday nights can be a difficult time to dine in Amarillo, because it is around 3pm that the city becomes practically a food desert. It’s mostly the big chains that remain open; the Mom and Pop joints turn off the lights and don’t return until Tuesday.
