We really enjoyed the experience! Evelyn provide great customer service and offered her favorites when we asked. We started with the chocolate mousse, and a bourbon (Woodford Reserve with a block of ice) but they had. Vast selection! Food was yummy! Great atmosphere!

Neat speakeasy in the basement. Tip is to follow the bullets to the location. I was hoping they would have a better selection of bourbons and whatnot. They offer several mixed drinks and a handful of taps. Service is quick and they will keep your cup full of you allow them.!

I gotta give this place a five star. Very fun speakeasy atmosphere to gain entrance into the bar, once inside good service...good drink selection. If I was a local, not sure it would be my go to bar, but it was a fun experience.

Go for the experience! The cocktails are good.I love a good speakeasy. Somewhere you have to know how to get in, be it through a password, a hidden door, or in this case having to "buy cigarettes" from an antique machine in the basement of a hotel. How fun.The cocktail list was good and varied. We had two different Bourbon cocktails. They were both good but not nearly the best we'd ever tasted. I was hoping for more daring cocktails, maybe with Green Chartreuse or Malort, but i didn't see any of those on the menu.We arrived around 8pm. The place filled soon afterwards. It was a Saturday night.

I'm from Amarillo and I've visited twice. The first time I went, my experience was very enjoyable. The music was spot on for a speakeasy, the bar area was lit up, and the service was very good. The second time, it was much darker inside, to the point I was having issues moving around without feeling like I might fall over something. Our waitress was dressed very gothic which seemed strange for a speakeasy. There weren't many people there and it was just creepy. I feel the prices are a bit on the expensive side, but that's to be expected in a speakeasy. Our drinks were very good both times. The location of the PRC is really interesting and I'd like to go back if I knew it would be like the first time I went. If it's like the 2nd, I never want to go back again. Guess I will give it a 3rd try sometime to see what the 'average' ambience is.

Outstanding hotel. Rooms are huge and very well furnished, layout and design is great, the entire hotel seems new yet classic. Debra is one of the valets and she was outstanding, she helped us with a parking space for our oversized vehicle and even moved her own car to do so. This would never happen at another hotel. Location is excellent if Amarillo, if you have to be in or near Amarillo there is no better place to stay, not even a question.
From our first impression to the bellhop service going above and beyond, everything was 5 star! The people, the decor, the food, the service, the location and did I mention the people? Chad and the other tall, handsome gentleman whose name escapes me was exceptional at offering every courtesy to us and we very much appreciated his attentiveness!

The hotel was very unique and had a very homey feel. Staff was amazing and accommodating. Kim was very helpful and made the stay worth while. Definitely recommend this hotel and plan on returning in the future.

Our stay at the Barfield was excellent. We appreciated the quick and sincere service. The location is also excellent with nice and spacious rooms, as well as wonderful amenities to enjoy throughout the hotel.

We’ve been on a trip across America and stayed at about 10 hotels. This was by far the best. Absolutely amazing welcome, great food, really good bars, all different, live music outside in the patio, staff so friendly and helpful. I’d stay again in a heart beat
