Had Ivory as my waitress and she was amazing, food was awesome as usual, but this particular woman was kind and brought us everything we wanted or needed. A lot of food comes with what you order.

We just left there from eating a very hot and great meal! Adrian was our waiter and he was amazing. He suggested the Philly steak and it was perfect. Fried green tomatoes were awesome. If you want great food at a reasonable price and great service try out Sam's!!
I cannot say it enough, but Sam’s Southern Eatery (especially here in North Market in Shreveport Louisiana) is hands down the true classic southern food. The turnip greens are absolute perfection (not too salty and full of flavor), catfish is cooked just right (so buttery and flakey!), shrimp are huge and not just caked in batter, hot water cornbread is Devine, and of course the Sam sauce is the icing on top!
