First time here and WOW. I had the catfish with candied yams and dirty rice, and every single bite was amazing. The catfish was perfectly seasoned and crispy, the yams were sweet without being overpowering, and the dirty rice was full of flavor. I ordered the 2-meat combo with brisket and Southern catfish, and both were outstanding. The catfish was probably the best I've ever had: incredibly juicy, perfectly cooked, and packed with flavor. The brisket was first-class as well—tender, smoky, and everything great barbecue should be.
