I placed an online order at home, then drove over to pick it up. When I arrived, I had to wait in line because there was no sign indicating where to pick up online orders. When I finally reached the register, I was told to go wait in the corner because they don't handle online orders at the register. Between waiting in line and then waiting for the online order, 1 was in the store for over 40 minutes. I was initially told my order wasn't ready yet because it still needed the apple fritters. After waiting an additional 20 minutes, I went back up to the register. The employee told me again that my order wasn't ready due to the apple fritters. When I asked if they were almost done, she then informed me that they were actually out of apple fritters and asked if I wanted something else. This should have been communicated during the first interaction instead of repeatedly saying my order wasn't ready. Overall, this was a very poor experience, and I do not plan to return.

Got an order to pick up here from Doordash and wanted to place my own order, but couldn't understand the lady because she wasn't talking very loud. So I pulled up to the window and after 5 minutes she finally comes to the window to bring me the Doordash order and I asked for a donut and she refused saying there were other cars behind me and I'd have to pull around. So I left and went to the Donut Stop instead. At least I got my donut from them and could understand what they were saying.
