There was no cars in any of the drive up stalls and we waited 15 minutes and still nobody answered or asked what we needed after pressing the button. Just ridiculous. There were people inside the building and it’s only 7:20 I don’t get it. Do better

I purchased a extra long chili cheese dog and only the middle of it had chili and cheese and quite often the drive thru intercom doesn't work. They make you stay there for a long time before calling you to the window. When it does work they still take forever to answer you. Quite frustrating ?

Today I went to get food for me and my partner. I ordered and payed then sat there for 55 minutes before finally ringing the red button again. They had lost the ticket and said the food had been sitting there and gotten cold, so they would make a new one for us. I was fine with this and was very polite about it. But when I got the food it was clear it was the food from an hour ago. The drinks were watered down with no ice, the burger had become sopping wet with the condiments and seemed to be undercooked. The cheddar peppers and tater tots were cold, I tried the tots right when the food was brought to me. The chicken I ordered was cold and looked burnt. And on top of it all none of the sauces we requested were in the bag. They were not busy. The last time I went through this drive through it took an hour to get 4 drinks. If you want sonic do not go to this one.

Pulled in here around 3:40pm on Saturday, September. 7. It wasn't too busy in the stalls; there was a decent line in drive-thru, but not terrible. We pulled into a stall where the screen said "In the Kitchen", so we had to pull into another where the button didn't work...and another. Finally found a stall where the button did work. Ordered ONE Route 44 Drink. Over the course of the next 15 minutes, we saw several people who were parked in stalls leave without receiving anything, and plenty of cars that passed through the drive-thru clearly receiving their orders. As a matter of fact, we never even saw an actual carhop. After a good 20 minute wait at our stall for our ONE DRINK, with the on-screen indicator saying it was still "In the Kitchen", we decided to leave without our order. Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND this Sonic Drive-In. Want quality food and service and close to Grand Street?....go to STARS Drive-In, just down the road. ?
Always a horrible experience. Drive through I ordered and waited 40 minutes for food ordered a burger and a coke and a kids meal. Couldn't even give my son his fries as they were so overcooked It would cut his mouth trying to eat them. Then go back today and they can't even be bothered to take my order in the drive through. But could tell me to pull up to the window to take my order so I would be waiting behind 3 cars that haven't even ordered yet either.
