WORST sonic I have EVER been to!!! Not even worth the one star. Waited an hour for a chili dog, tots, two shakes, and an ice cream. And waited about thirty to get a freaking refund. Stupid. If you can’t run a freaking business because, as the excuse we got, you’re unorganized then shut the damn place down!

This sonic location is an absolute joke. Every time I come here I realize I've made a terrible mistake. Worst staff, terrible attitude, food is either made wrong or cold or overcooked. It's supposed to be fast food but it is far from that.

We called in irder went to pick up and they had put cheese on one hamburger which we had ordered without cheese. We sent t it back waited an hour and a half for this hamburger finally got my money back and went next door to Brahms. Will never order here again with service like this there are a lot of burger places that will be glad to have .y business by the way my order was almost $45.00 and you got to refund all that

Was the only one there and waited forever and got a tiny ultimate burrito that’s didn’t even have sausage in it very lil egg mushy tots old tomatos and tortilla was only 1/2 full…it went straight to the trash with fears it had around a while before I ordered . The jr burger plan and dry seemed to be fresh.

Sonic has a huge problem with food app orders. I have experienced this before, even in other states. I made a simple order at 3 in the afternoon--not a busy time, and it took them 35 minutes to prepare the order. There is no plausible explanation for that. The delivery folks waste their time waiting for the orders and the customers get annoyed. Invest in the technology!!
