I came here immediately after a horrid experience at Buc-ee’s. I’m driving cross country from Florida to San Francisco and we stopped at the Starbucks for a morning, coffee and protein. We only had one baby snafu about personal cup credit and he was so nice about that. He just fixed it immediately for me so that I could get my reward stars and my discount for the two personal cups. The brew Verona was delicious and I also tried the new Italian sausage egg bites that were cooked just right. I would definitely come to the Starbucks again if I’m ever in the area.

Waited 30 mins for one small coffee, ended up having to leave without said coffee. Others had been waiting 45-1hr… customer service poor, no refund offered when I said I needed to cancel my order and leave.

Seems to be constantly understaffed, so will probably go to others for a while until they fix that. Great location with plenty of parking
If you are heading West on I-40 there is room for some confusion on getting here. East bound should have no issues.
