I’ve been sitting here for a very long time waiting for two sandwiches. I guess somebody else came in there ordered a whole lot if you’re gonna have a lot of people coming in nearby and you need to have more customer service at the stations to cater to everybody it cost me money

The new guy did his best. The owners not responsible leaving a new worker on his own!

And, if I wanted only veggies - I’d shouldn’t be charged for a chicken sandwich. Very little chicken on the sub!

The kids working there weren’t wearing name tags but I want to say they were amazing! Best sandwich I have had in a long time. And they were so friendly and fast.

My 4 year old needed to use the restroom and they wouldn’t let me take her because I didn’t buy anything. Then the kid working wanted to laugh about it when I told him it was for her not me.

Great costumer service the two workers there were super nice and friendly had our food out in seconds and it was very delicious, might be the best subway I’ve had here in Amarillo, also the guys car was supa cool!?

I eat here 3 days a week I ordered my sandwich like I always do with double meat and double cheese and I get home and it barely has the minimum. So I called and complained about it and was told that is the double on both so I get upset about it and now I'm refused service I don't recommend this subway the workers are very rude it's a whole family that works there.

Had a gift card to use but cashier would not wait for me to access it correctly. Pushy and had attitude with this. Wasn’t that busy at all to try and help. We didn’t eat in- too upset to sit in

The two girls that worked "together" on 8/16/23 @ 6:58pm cst were so disrespectful and lazy. We ordered and I was appalled to see them putting freezer burnt veggies in our sandwiches, old tomatoes and when my 15 year old daughter went to ask for more lettuce she was told she would be charged for a 6 inch to get extra lettuce. When my daughter walked away, one girl came out from the back asking what happened and the girl that tried to charge my daughter turned her back away from our view, whispered to the other girl and they both laughed loudly , stared at us and walked to the back. You tell me if you'd come back to experience this? I do not recommend this place for food, service or atmosphere. It's FREE to be kind!!!!!

We travel all over the USA ...but live in Amarillo. This is the most Pathetic subway I have been to in all 29 states we have been to in last two yrs and over 45 subways.They have zero clue what they are doing... their excuse is I DON'T KNOW HOW RO DO THAT...tell them to ask the manager.....they always say they canty call the manager and I have never seen one...zero training...go elsewhere...ANYWHERE but here
