Subway in Amarillo

“This was by far the best experience I have ever had at Subway . The young lady that catered to me was very nice, made my sandwich to my spec and asked questions to make sure I was getting what I wanted.I don't eat at Subway much because the customer service is normally very bad.But this young lady was outstanding.I'm a dessert Storm veteran and work at the VA near this location.I didn't get her name, but u guys need to keep her.I would really appreciate it if u guys will tell how much I appreciated her.Hell, I'm gonna eat a lot more because of her.“

“I stopped here today 5/9/2021 April did my order and let me tell you she is amazing very friendly she does your sandwich just the way you ask her too and I travel cross country and this subway is cleanest subway/restaurant I have stopped in years. Subway you have a very good employee. Thank you.“

“I don't usually do reviews of Subway's, but this one was great. After driving 12 hours, this Subway was next door to our hotel. There was only one person working, an older woman who was doing a great job. Our subs were great and everything in the sub that late at night was fresh and looked good.“

“I usually enjoy my food but just now on 06/18/23 the customer service was fantastic.I work in service industry so it's so amazing when people go above and beyond to make sure every customer is happy. That person was Clay at the SW 45th location; he was absolutely amazing and very kind. His presence and passion for the job makes me appreciate his effort and makes me feel like I made the right decision to come to Subway today. “The lady that works the 11 to 7 shift is wonderful. She is a beautiful black lady and just as sweet and kind as she can be to her customers. She always makes sure you food is fresh and the bread is never hard. Her customer service skills are A+ which is not often found in the fast food world any longer. “Well the staff are very friendly and patient with you if you have someone in your group that can't make up their mind and I love there food and deals they have too.Vegetarian options: I love all the variety of vegetables toppings too especially if you have a restriction on the kinds of foods you can eat.Parking: They having nice enough area to park in but wish it was bigger parking lot.Dietary restrictions: I'm glad they have stuff on the window that tells you how many calories or grams everything has it helps a lot, because I can only have so much calories for that day.“

“After a tough day we decided to get dinner out. Couldn't have been better. We had awesome service tonight. Very polite and helpful. Sandwiches were made exactly as we asked and everything was fresh. Definitely will take the time to drive back to this Subway location next time.“

“Food was on par for Subway. The kids working the night of 8/7/2022 were helpful and friendly. A previous customer had left the women's restroom a mess, and the employees quickly cleaned it up. They were quick to complete our orders and didn't flinch when we asked if the salad we ordered could be chopped. While we were eating a mother and 12 year old son came in, the son got upset and stormed out knocking the door off its hinges. I was able to fix it for them and the kids were so grateful. They try hard there.“

“After getting lunch here yesterday while passing through Texas, my 6 year-old took 1 bite and said, "Wow, this is so good! 5 out of 5 stars!". Since she liked it so much I told her I'd leave a review. Special thanks to the employees for being patient with my kids who had been in the car for many hours and needed to get some energy out.“

“We visited this Subway and ordered two Veggie delight sandwich combos. The two staff members that were there were very friendly and the girl who made our sandwiches made them well. They tasted great. We also appreciated the clean atmosphere. “My food is pretty good but the lettuce and vegetables could look fresher, and I got my sandwiches there three times in one week and all three times chocolate chip cookies weren't made. This has kept me from getting my food here since. I hope they do better.“

“This particular Subway is one I can always count on to be clean and have good customer service. I've never been disappointed at this one! Sometimes there's a bit of a line, but that must be because others know how good it is as well. Their cookies are always good here, too!“

“They were out of a few items right at the start of lunch. That forced me to change my order. The staff were very nice despite the items being out of stock and helped guide me to something new. They don't have all the same selection of cheeses you see at some other Subway locations. Overall, it's decent but not the best Subway around.“
