“I just want to let yall know what a great job your GM Shonnie is doing. I had an order delivered last week that was totally incorrect, which is inconvenient but stuff happens. I called and spoke to someone that day and they told me a refund would be issued. I waited a few days because I know sometimes it takes a few days for a bank to issue a refund. So I went in store yesterday to speak to someone about the refund, and Shonnie was extremely apologetic and reassured me that she would get the issue handled quickly for me. After I left the store, she reached out to me to let me know that she was escalating the issue to her superior. The pending deposit in my banking app that I have been waiting for appeared today! I appreciate Shonnie making sure that the issue was resolved to my satisfaction. 5 star customer guarantees i will continue to be a loyal customer!“
