Service is generally fast and friendly, although there was a recent instance of rudeness from a new employee. While the restaurant is clean, the presence of duct tape on the upholstered seats is not visually appealing. Some customers miss the Pretzel Pub Bacon Burger and Chicken Sandwich from the menu. The strawberry frosty is highly requested to be a permanent addition.
