I use the kiosk and I sat down and they brought it to me because I have no hands so the customer service here is very wonderful.
Instead of the drive through taking ten minutes like it's supposed to you sit there for twenty minutes for a small order. And if you do decide to go in, it's set up basically as if they don't want you there.
