Called to place a phone order for pick-up, it took a long time for them to answer & immediately was placed on hold for over 5 minutes, listening to their recording about how much better, faster placing an order online is. Finally hung up & called back & the first thing the girl said was I was being put on hold again! I said no I want to place an order but I’d already been put on hold again. Worse customer service ever! Called to place an order while placing an order they switched the call to another employee. That employee, Kay, told us we were cutting out and hung up on us! After we had place our entire order. When I called back waiting on hold again, & asked to speak to the manager, which was Kay! She was very rude, & short with me on the phone.
