Had there take out 3 piece chicken with two sides and a roll. It was excellent. Will be using them more often.

Overall a nice place to dine. Have had some lows before so not a 5 yet, but definitely getting there. Absolutely loved Uncle Angel coming out to greet us. Made our day!

Chicken Express is a clean and comfortable restaurant, perfect for dine-in or carry-out. The menu offers a variety of options, including fried catfish, served hot and at an affordable price. The chicken strips are always fresh and delicious, while the livers and gizzards are available for those who enjoy them. The service is generally good, with many specials offered throughout the year. Employees are friendly and often have fun while working, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Customers have praised the staff, especially some employees like Tyreek, who always greet customers with a big smile and a positive attitude. However, there have been occasional issues with rude service, such as a drive-thru experience where a staff member insisted on order details in a way that upset a customer. Despite this, the overall experience at Chicken Express remains positive, with many customers enjoying the food and friendly staff.
