We called at 6:40pm on Saturday when they were going to close at 7:00pm. I told them if i could do take out and I was 50 min away. The lady was so sweet to have let me know that I could start. We got there 7:44pm - and it’s a quaint place! The couple was very generous and packed our food nicely even gave us some bread after the realized we were going to eat in the car. Completely amazing BBQ here at Yearby’s BBQ & Waterice! I made my own combo plate by ordering 1/4 lb. brisket, hot link, with small smokin’ mac n cheese, and small potato salad sides. Everything is full of flavour in all the right ways! I was asked if I wanted fatty, medium, or lean brisket; had to go fatty, just like me. Nothing disappoints. The Brisket was so tender and full of flavor and the BBQ sauce was amazing and had a wonderful balance of spices. The pickles were so yummy and fresh. We also had the smoked chicken which did not disappoint and fell off the bone. Thank you for offering halal BBQ, that was right on point.
