“I have to send out my appreciation on the awesome Sam's Club in Denton, especially to Alex, the Pick up manager.Today I had a delivery order sent to my daughter's house as a surprise. Of course it's a third party delivery company called Spark. The driver dropped off the entirely wrong order to my daughter's house and I was very upset. I called the club and talked to a very sweet young lady who must have told the manager about the problem. Alex called me back. He refunded my money and I'm going to reorder the items in my original order. What started out as a very frustrating experience turned into a great customer service experience. We'll just stick to our usual pick up from now on because they have no control over third party drivers. You can count on Sam's to make sure that you have a good experience even if it started out rough. Thank you Alex and team! Y'all are the best and you make me happy to be a Sam's Club member!“

“Genuinely makes me want to move back to Denton went here twice different days waiting to start graduation photography. Ordered to go the first time as i didnt know what to expect. I arrived early and walked around the beautiful place and went to the counter when it shouldve been ready and it was!! Second day I went and sat in and got the breakfast bowl. It was delicious with my hot mocha!! Drinks/food were made fast and tasted amazing please go and try!“

“Went Firstwatch and after having a bad experience at my doctors visit my son and I wanted breakfast. We were seated right away and a young lady by the name of Iris took care of us. What a breath of fresh air. This young lady was polite and very attentive. You guys have a gem working for you. I will be back just to be in her company. Armando C“

“My mother & I had a delicious breakfast, her treat. I had scrambled eggs, bacon and LARGE pancakes! Mom had a breakfast burrito and ate every last bit! haha. we also had coffee, a cappuccino and a mocha, delicious. service was good, restaurant was clean. I liked the spoon wall, #spooniewarrior. Next time I'll treat my mom to another meal here!“

“Excellent service from Don Juan, Juanita and the rest of the team. They go above and beyond to make sure everything is okay. Their customer service rocks and their food is amazing. My daughter is a big fan of their Very Berry French Toast. We always end up with a smile in our face and obviously would recommend this place to anyone in the area that hasn’t had a chance to try it. Excelente servicio de Don Juan, Juanita y el resto del equipo. Van más allá para asegurarse de que todo esté bien. Su servicio al cliente es genial y su comida es increíble. Mi hija es una gran fan de sus tostadas francesas Very Berry. Sam is great in the kitchen but SUSIE Is the sweetest friendliest owner we have ever met! Very reasonably priced for the amount of food you get. The best pancakes ever! Always have to get a to go box.“

“Ate at the Brinker Rd in Denton location. Service was fast and food was good. We forgot to get a cinnamon roll and Kason helped us at the register and we got our cinnamon roll right there. She was super friendly and a bright ray of sunshine to the atmosphere.“
